By using the 7jjj website and mobile app, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the 7jjj platform.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 7jjj and the user. 7jjj reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
This document has been written in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Bengali versions, the English version shall prevail.
The 7jjj platform is operated for entertainment purposes only. We place responsible gaming at the top of our priorities and encourage all users to bet mindfully. 7jjj's terms and conditions shall apply in the event of any legal dispute.

Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account with 7jjj, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must legally reside in a country or region where online betting is not prohibited.
- Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all associated accounts will be closed.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
- It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password confidential.
KYC Verification
7jjj may request a national ID, passport, or other identity documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is completed.
Warning: Accounts created with false information or using another person's identity will be closed immediately, and the balance may be forfeited.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit
7jjj currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the maximum is ৳1,00,000 per transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours, though delays may occur if KYC verification is pending or unusual transaction activity is detected.
- Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- If an active bonus is in play, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements are met.
- The maximum withdrawal limit per 24-hour period is ৳2,00,000.
7jjj aims to process every withdrawal request as quickly as possible. Our average withdrawal time is just 15 minutes.

General Bonus Terms
- Wagering Requirement: A bonus must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is allowed (typically 15x to 30x).
- Validity: Each bonus has a set validity period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
- One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active at a time.

Betting Rules
The following rules must be strictly followed when betting on 7jjj:
Bet Acceptance & Cancellation
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — however, the cash-out option may be used if available.
- If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be declared void and the original stake will be refunded.
- If a technical error results in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds, 7jjj reserves the right to recalculate the bet at the correct odds or void it entirely.
Odds Changes
7jjj may update odds at any time. If odds change after a bet has been confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.
Maximum Win Limit
The maximum payout on a single bet is ৳50,00,000 (fifty lakh BDT). Any winnings above this amount will be capped at this limit.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7jjj. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension and balance forfeiture:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Exploiting the bonus system for unfair gain (bonus abuse).
- Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
- Arbitrage betting or exploiting technical errors.
- Using software bots or any form of automation on the platform.
- Using 7jjj for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Threatening or harassing other users or staff.
Important: If evidence of any of the above activities is found, 7jjj reserves the right to close the account without notice and pursue legal action.

Account Closure & Suspension

Dispute Submission Process

- A final decision will be communicated within 7 business days following any necessary investigation.
- If you are not satisfied with the decision, you may file a complaint with the relevant licensing authority.
Betting-related disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the event. Complaints filed after this period may not be considered.
